Whatsapp 对话收费 (2023 年 6 月 1日起生效)

根据对话的收费政策

WhatsApp Business API 按对话收费。官方会按商家的每个对话收费，每24小时内的同类别讯息算作一个对话。 WhatsApp 对话收费分为4个类别:

营销对话: 包括推广活动或优惠、更新资讯或邀请顾客回应／采取行动的讯息。任何不符合工具或验证类别用途的对话均属营销对话。

工具对话: 用于促成双方已同意的特定要求或交易，或向顾客提供与进行中的交易所相关的最新消息，包括售后通知和定期收费结单。

验证对话: 让商家透过一次性密码来验证用户的身分，这可能是用于完成登入流程中的多种步骤，例如帐户验证、帐户复原、检查帐户安全。

服务对话: 所有用户主动开启的对话都会归类为服务对话，用于帮助解决顾客查询。

每个 WhatsApp 商业帐号在每月首 1000 个 由用户发起的对话免费
