Active contact is being counted by each new customer that messages you since you connect your channel to chatalog. In other words, if you have an Instagram account that connects to us with 1 million followers, the active contact accumulates from 0 instead of 1 million.

If you have reached your contact limit, you will be unable to message with new contacts. You need to upgrade your plans or increase 2,000 contact quotas at HKD299 per month to reach more customers.

If you have reached the limit of team members and need more, you can consider paying for additional users. The pricing for the Business plan is HKD199 per user.
